Makers are responsible for the packaging and delivery of products directly to customers. This means that when you order products from more than one maker, these packages will arrive separately.
Delivery costs to the UK are included in the prices shown on individual product. Unless indicated otherwise costs shown are for mainland UK delivery. Some Makers offer delivery outside of the UK – please check individual product pages for information. Makers are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched. Makers aim to despatch products that are in stock within 2-5 working days (sooner if they can). Products that are made to order have different timescales which are shown on individual product pages.
Makers take great care in wrapping items to ensure they arrive safely but if an item does arrive damaged please take a photo of it and email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or replacement.
All purchased items are sent to you directly from the Maker. Made+Good has no direct involvement in producing, packaging and posting of the products.
We really hope that you love the products you buy from Made+Good. However if you are not completely happy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it (in its original condition and packaging) for a refund or exchange.
Products that have been made to order are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they have arrived damaged or broken.
Refunds include the original cost of delivery and payment charges but unless an item arrived damaged or broken, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost. Products are your responsibility until they reach the Maker again so please ask for proof of postage.
If you wish to return an item please email email@example.com with your order details and reason for the return so we can arrange for you to send it directly back to the Maker.
Please note: Made+Good does not guarantee any products for sale on the site and is not responsible or liable for their condition. Makers are responsible for their own products and when you makes a transaction on the Made+Good site you are entering into an agreement with the Maker of the product.
